  • Hotel check in after:   15:00 hours
  • Hotel check out prior to:  12:00 hours
  • Please be advised that all guests including children staying at Sheraton Grand Hotel are required to present valid identification upon check in which may be a passport.
• Early Departures
  • 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment the amount will be non-refundable.
•  Late Check out policy
  • Please be advised that this is subject to availability on the actual day of departure.
  • Policy as follows: Until 12:00 hours: Complimentary. Until 18:00 hours: 50% of full night charge will apply
  • Thereafter: Full night charge will apply
• Cancellation
  • Within 30 days prior to arrival All rooms cancelled and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
• No Show Condition
  • In the event of “no show” on the date of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked will be applicable.
