Visiting Qatar Made Easy

Thanks to a host of visa facilitation measures, Qatar is now the most open country in the Middle East. Visitors from all around the world can now enter Qatar either visa free, or by filling out simple online applications, depending on the passport they carry.

The Ministry of the Interior welcomes all visitors to the country from all over the world. The Ministry, through its competent agencies, works to ensure the ease of entry and exit of travelers. We welcome you to explore all queries and details about these services through this page.

Visa-Entry

Nationals of more than 80 countries are eligible for visa-free entry into the State of Qatar, with varying allowable lengths of stay. Nationals of the eligible countries do not require any prior visa arrangements and can obtain a visa waiver upon arrival to Qatar, upon presentation of a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months and a confirmed onward or return ticket.

How do I apply for a visa?
Delegates who are not eligible for a visa on arrival must apply for visas in advance through their regional QATAR embassy or consulate office or you can email us at should you want us to pre-arranged your visa.

Please submit the below requirements for visa application:

Qatar Visa Application Service: USD 140.00 / QR 500.00

Visa Application fee per person under the following conditions:

  • A valid hotel booking through K.I.T. Group.
  • A clear passport copy from each applicant is to be provided (no temporary passports will be accepted by local authorities).
  • Important: Your passport should be valid for 6 (six) months or more prior to the date of travel.
  • One passport size photograph white background scanned in JPEG Format.
  • The hotel requires 5 local working days (Sunday – Thursday) to process the visa. All required documents are to be provided by the client on time, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the visa will be ready.
  • The visa charges for each applicant are to be pre-paid, noting that the charges are non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show or visa rejection by local authorities.
  • Qatar Immigration Authority is the sole authority to grant entry permission to the country.
  • Visa applications will be accepted until 28 September 2019.
